These terms apply when you use transactum360.com and when you book the free call. Paid engagements are governed by our General Terms and Conditions and a signed mandate agreement.
Information, not advice
The site and the journal give general information about business transitions. They are not legal, tax or financial advice, and examples in the journal are hypothetical. For your own situation, rely on your advisors.
The free call
The first call is free, lasts 30 minutes and commits neither side. You speak with Reinhard Voelkel, by video or phone. What you share is confidential, and no one hears of your enquiry from us. Nothing further starts without a signed mandate agreement.
Booking
Give your real name and a working email address: we use these details only to arrange and hold the call. To move or cancel it, reply to the invitation or write to contact@transactum360.com.
Content and names
The texts and images on this site, the TransActum360 name and TEOS, our method, with its framework and ten dimensions, belong to TransActum AG. Linking to any page is welcome; reproducing content needs our written consent.
Liability
We take care that the site is accurate and available, but cannot guarantee either. Within the limits of Swiss law, we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of its content, nor for the sites we link to.
Law and courts
Swiss law applies. The courts of the Canton of Zug have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the version in force.
