How to use them.

  • Use the files as they are.

No redrawing, no other typeface, no shadow or effect.

  • Give the mark room.

Keep clear space around it at least the height of its T.

  • One colour at a time.

Night green on light grounds, cream on night green, black where only black prints.

  • Never stretch or tilt it.

Scale it in proportion. The Sprint mark is for the Sprint alone.

Using our name and logos.

The terms for every file on this page.

  1. Who owns them.

The name TransActum360, the wordmark, the T icon, the Sprint mark and the name TEOS belong to TransActum AG, Zug (UID CHE-291.795.185). Downloading a file transfers no right in it.

  2. What you may do.

Use the files, unchanged, to refer to TransActum360 in articles, reports, interviews, presentations and listings, next to accurate information about us.

  3. What you may not do.

Use them in your own name, logo, product, domain or advertising; suggest a partnership, endorsement or sponsorship we have not agreed in writing; change, combine, animate or redraw them.

  4. Our texts.

Quote our articles briefly, with their author and source. Any longer reproduction needs our written consent.

  5. We may ask you to stop.

We may withdraw this permission for a given use at any time. Please change or remove that use without delay.

  6. Anything else.

Every other use needs our prior written permission: contact@transactum360.com. Swiss law applies; the courts of the Canton of Zug have jurisdiction, as in our terms of use.
